TASTING NOTES
This extraordinarily intense Chetoui registers the
highest polyphenol count of the season. It displays
a spectacularly aromatic nose with savory notes of
wheatgrass, artichoke heart and ample
bitterness. This oil is reminiscent of a Northern
Italian style.
