Sift Happens is our in-house microbakery, run by Lacey. Everything is made from scratch, from naturally leavened sourdough loaves to homemade pies baked fresh for pickup. Small batch, big flavor, and always made with love.

They have light delicious crepes AND gluten free authentic French crepes. Sundays only!! 8am til 1pm. You can choose your own ingredients or from their select crepes menu. From Smores crepes, bananas with caramel and sweet cream plus many more. Mine was sweet cherries with sweet cream filling and fresh whip cream on top. This place is great! They make as good as a panini sandwich as I have had in awhile. So good that I ate there two days in a row on this latest trip to Safford. The green tea had a great taste. The decor and the tchotchkes available for purchase were all interesting. Fast and friendly service from the ladies working too. I will be back when I am in Safford again for work in a month!

Stopped by on our way to Prescott. Great coffee and a wonderful panini with hatch green chilis. Just good people and good food. Worth the stop.
